Viewers in Britain are fixed to their screen every week when the GBBO takes over; trying the recipes, watching the baking fails, and learning the secrets of a great bake from judge, Paul Hollywood. We’ve all come to know and love Paul as a British staple in the food world, and many cheered in delight when Paul chose to continue judging the show as it moved over to its current home – Channel 4. His name is now synonymous with the lighthearted, and feel good TV show, with his fabulous wit, Simon Cowell style criticisms, and references to the ever famous “soggy bottoms!” What do we know about our favourite baking judge?
